Pick a Small/Obtainable Goal

Some examples: I want to be able to jog for 20min with out stopping, I want to be able to perform 3 sets of 10 squats with a traditional 45lb squat bar, I want to be able to get through one round of HIIT without any breaks. I prefer & suggest goals that are based on an action rather than a weight loss number. The weight loss will follow naturally as you conquer your action goals.

 

Remember This is Your ONLY Body

I want to be mobile, to enjoy life for as long as I can. That's what I think about & value about my fit lifestyle. I want to live with as little pain as possible, fewer doctor's appointments, fewer restrictions, fewer medications, etc means more time & money for the things I enjoy!

Science

Exercise releases endorphins, we know this, this is a fact. Endorphins lessen your perception of pain & produce a positive feeling in your body. Having a crappy day? Exercise! Feeling stressed? Exercise! Just broke up with someone? Exercise! Do it for the simple fact that you know you are guaranteed to feel better after, I mean why not, what's to lose?
