The price for the Service or Product is specified in the order form. Prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
When ordering the service through the order form and sending the form to Workoutclub by clicking the button the Client authorizes Workout Club to charge the monthly fee for the service to the bank account specified by the Client until the Client terminates the subscription to the service in writing.
For services with a specified length (Quarterly, Half year, Year) the service can’t be terminated before the end of the agreed service period. After the agreed service period is finished the service for a specified length (Quarterly, Half year, Year) automatically turns into a monthly service that can be terminated by the Client at any time.
Each monthly payment is for the service obtained the month before.
In case it is not possible to charge the monthly fee for the service to the bank account specified by the Client because of lack of funds or invalid bank account number Workoutclub will notify Client by email. Client will need to transfer the due amount to Workoutclub within 5 days. After these 5 days Workoutclub is entitled to deny Client access to service.
Workoutclub can adjust prices at any moment. Changes will be announced in due time on the website. Changes in pricing always go live on the first of the month. In case a Client does not agree with the adjusted pricing the agreement can be terminated by the client by writing an email to email@example.com
Workoutclub is trying to deliver your order within 3 working days depending on the chosen payment method. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually between 3-10 working days. For digital services, access to the service is immediate after purchase of the product.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 working days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-standard products, which are specially produced to your specifications, are exempt from being returned.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges should be announced in writing to Workoutclub. This can be via email or mail containing at least your full name and invoice number, your IBAN number and BIC / Swift number. Refunds can only be transferred to the same IBAN as was used for ordering the goods. After reception of your email we will provide you with a shipping address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Workoutclub will refund the purchase price of the goods, including shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
