There is no such thing as a quick fix. Regardless of how much television or Internet advertisements you see, nothing can "make you loose 20 pounds in 10 days." There is no such thing as a miracle cream. No such thing as reducing localized fat on your stomach and something that causes your hair to grow twice as long "in just two weeks."
As far as the majority of scientists and we known: these things do not exist. The truth is that there is no easy, quick way to get fit and healthy and to achieve self-confidence and happiness.
You should be 100% committed and stop finding excuses; because the only thing resulting from these excuses is that you eventually end up where you started.
Fitness, health, self-esteem and happiness require hard work, always. One major effort is not enough. Like a big breakfast also is not enough for a whole year.
Do your utmost best. Give 100%. All day. Every day.
