I’ve learned something interesting over the years when it comes to getting (and staying!) lean and fit…
One of the biggest reasons people don’t start a workout program (even though they desperately want to lose the fat and tone up) is because they’re afraid of not sticking to it.
No one wants to feel like a failure or have to admit to them selves that they “gave up”, so they just don’t start in the first place. Well that just sucks, but I think we’ve all been there in some way or another (whether it’s fitness related or not).
Anyway, this is one of the biggest reasons (maybe even THE biggest reason)
I’m a huge believer in short, high-intensity workouts (using full-body exercises, none of those boring isolated exercises you see people doing at the gym). The type of workouts I’m talking about are ridiculously EASY to stick to.
One of my online Workoutclub members, Audrey, summed it up better than me:
===
"I think one of the reasons why I hated exercise all my life is because they were all just so long and boring… and then finding out you can do less than 20 minutes a day with 10x faster results, I was hooked"
===
See, thats the thing…it doesn’t matter how good an exercise program is, if it’s not something that’s easy to stick to, it’s not going to work for you.
I’ve put a lot of blood, sweat (LOTS of sweat!), and tears into making the workouts in the Workoutclub super easy to stick to.
I post new workouts everyday that are designed to maximize your calorie burn, so that you get results in half the time of other “old school” workouts — and have fun while you’re doing it.But just in case you're still skeptical, I’m offering a free week of full access training via the Workoutclub app. Then you have enough time to try my online Workout Club. If you are not satisfied please send me an email with feedback so we can learn from your experience.
Since my teenage years I was fascinated by my fitness and physique. This resulted in a lot of hours training and
trying many different ways to achieve my intended results.
By nature I am an adventurous sporty type. Also during my travels there should always be an adventurous and sporty
element in it. Also, I always find a gym abroad to experience how Personal Trainers are working there.
Through these experiences I became eager to turn my hobby into my profession.
