Yes, you can do these workouts during pregnancy, but to be sure check with your physician and listen carefully to your body. We advise you to do the 'light workout. Training during pregnancy is healthy, but do it in moderation. Listen to your body and do not overdo it. If after your training you have a hard belly or abdominal pain, then this is a sign that you've been too active. As you progress in your pregnancy it will be more difficult to train, therefore we recommend you to switch to for example walking or swimming. This is more comfortable with a big belly.
Since my teenage years I was fascinated by my fitness and physique. This resulted in a lot of hours training and
