How does the goal system work?

Achieve your goals, lose fat and shop with a discount!


With each workout you perform you burn calories. The number of calories you burn depends on what training you are doing. To participate in this incentive program you need to train at least 3 times a week (preferably more). If you train less than 3 times a week, the system stops counting your calories and you have to start over with the first goal. Besides the training, you also make sure you have a negative calorie balance of 300 kcal per day from your diet. See our e-books how to do this. The goals system also takes the negative calorie balance into account for achieving your goal.


Every goal that you achieve stands for 500g (4500kcal) fat burning. So if you have reached all four goals you've lost 2 kilos of fat. As a bonus you will receive a discount on a purchase in our shop. There are three levels each with four goals and your discount can be up to 15%.
