Motivation is a tricky business. One minute you're determined to exercise. The next moment you think it's too cold, too late, too tiring. Sometimes it is difficult get yourself together and go to work. But it is not impossible. Here are a few tips to help you.

1. Plan your workouts
We all know it: Tonight I'm going to train. And then in the evening you think: maybe tomorrow is a better evening. I'm tired, it's cold, .... and 10 other reasons. You know them all.

Break this habit by planning your workouts. Put them in your diary. Tell it to your friends. It’s very awkward to tell your excuse for not having trained to your friends. But do it mainly because you have an appointment with yourself.

2. Consider how you will feel after your training
Remember how proud you are of yourself after your workout. Imagine that feeling.

Remember the times you did not feel like training and you still trained. Get yourself together and when you start your training you will see that you can also finish it.

3. Find solutions, not excuses
Is it raining? Train inside. It is too late? Your training only takes 12 minutes. It's too dark outside? Train inside. You are tired? Consider how much energy you get from a workout. There is always a reason to train.

4. Just do it
If the lack of motivation lasts? Find a workout buddy or a coach to help you with your motivation. Make a decision and go for it. Overcome the excuses.

trying many different ways to achieve my intended results.

By nature I am an adventurous sporty type. Also during my travels there should always be an adventurous and sporty
element in it. Also, I always find a gym abroad to experience how Personal Trainers are working there.
Through these experiences I became eager to turn my hobby into my profession.
