How can I return a product?

The cancellation of an order is free of charge as long as it has not been sent.

You order can be returned within 7 working days of delivery of the product.

The product can only be returned unused and in original packaging. Non-standard products, which are specially produced to your specifications, can not be returned.

On returning your order within 7 working days of delivery of the product Workoutclub will refund the purchase price of the goods, including shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges should be announced in writing to Workoutclub. This can be via email or mail containing at least your full name and invoice number, your IBAN number and BIC / Swift number. Refunds can only be transferred to the same IBAN as was used for ordering the goods. After reception of your email we will provide you with a shipping address.
