Probably you already noticed that there are a lot of exercises for your legs in the Workout Club workouts. There's a good reason for that. Did you know that over 60% of your muscles are located in your legs (mainly between hip and knee)? That is the reason why the training of your leg muscles is crucial for raising your metabolism and calorie consumption.
If you want to get rid of your belly you need to train your legs! Strange but true! Training your leg muscles simply delivers the biggest results because of the huge muscle mass. More muscle mass burns more fat!
Be aware that when exercises don’t take much effort anymore you absolutely must choose a higher level, for instance an advanced training. Go to the limit! Do not stop until you hear the beep that indicates that the time is over and you have 10 seconds rest.
